AI EXPO KOREA 2027 Celebrates Its 10th Anniversary, Showcasing the Next Decade of Artificial Intelligence Innovation

As artificial intelligence continues to transform industries, economies, and everyday life at an unprecedented pace, AI EXPO KOREA 2027—the 10th International Artificial Intelligence Expo Korea—will be held from April 14 to 16, 2027, at COEX Hall A in Seoul.

Organized jointly by the Korea Artificial Intelligence Association, SeoulMESSE, and AI Newspaper, AI EXPO KOREA marks its 10th anniversary in 2027. Since its inaugural edition in 2018, the exhibition has grown into Asia’s largest dedicated AI event, serving as a premier platform where global technology leaders, innovators, enterprises, governments, researchers, and investors come together to explore the latest advancements in artificial intelligence.

Over the past decade, AI EXPO KOREA has played a pivotal role in fostering the AI ecosystem by connecting technology providers, end-users, policymakers, academia, and industry stakeholders. As the AI industry enters a new era characterized by autonomous intelligence, embodied AI, and large-scale AI infrastructure, the exhibition aims to present a comprehensive roadmap for the future of AI-driven transformation.

The 2026 edition attracted 330 companies and organizations from 18 countries, occupying 562 booths and welcoming a record-breaking 48,678 visitors and buyers over three days. Building on this success, AI EXPO KOREA 2027 is expected to welcome more than 350 exhibitors and over 600 booths, making it the largest edition in the event’s history.

The theme of AI EXPO KOREA 2027 reflects the industry’s transition from Generative AI to Autonomous AI and Physical AI. While the first wave of AI focused on content generation and conversational intelligence, the next stage is centered on AI systems capable of understanding, reasoning, planning, and acting autonomously in the physical world.

One of the major highlights of the exhibition will be AI Agents, which are rapidly evolving into autonomous digital workers capable of performing complex tasks with minimal human intervention. Visitors will experience how AI Agents are transforming productivity, customer engagement, business automation, software development, and enterprise operations.

The exhibition will also spotlight Physical AI and Humanoid Robotics, where AI moves beyond digital interfaces and begins interacting directly with the physical environment. From industrial robots and autonomous systems to next-generation humanoid robots, visitors will witness how AI is redefining manufacturing, logistics, mobility, healthcare, retail, and smart city applications.

Another key focus will be the rapid evolution of Large Language Models (LLMs), Multimodal AI, and Sovereign AI.
